Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Provide general support to staff as needed

· Assist customers in a courteous and timely manner while processing payments for service and parts transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and stay productive without constant supervision.

Pay:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour or salary, depending on experience
